To the extent permitted by law, Online Electonics does not accept any liability for any damage or injury caused by the use or misuse of products purchased from Electonics Online.

TRADING TERMS

Prices

The prices payable for the items that you order are clearly set out in the web site. All prices are inclusive of GST. The price of the items does not include the delivery charge. Prices can change and our latest price is always displayed on our website www.electroonline.com.au and not any third party websites.

Availability

If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Delivery

Delivery will be made to the address specified by you. Please note that our standard delivery of products is within Australia. Deliveries may be made to you by our contracted delivery drivers, our contracted courier company or directly by the manufacturer. The delivery method will be organised by Electonics Online. We do our best to deliver to you on your requested delivery date and will contact you as soon as possible if this can not be done. If you request multiple delivery dates for an order you will be charged a delivery charge each time. If for any reason we can not deliver your full order at the same time you will not be charged for additional deliveries. If you wish to change the delivery date then please give us no less than 48 hours notice prior to delivery. If you are not at home for a requested delivery then we reserve the right to charge you again to redeliver your order.

Returns & Returns

If goods are faulty, following confirmation by the manufacturer, you may return them free of charge by calling 1300 704 567. If you do decide to return the goods to us for any other reason a charge will apply for collection. Refunds will be made by the same method used for the purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item within 2 working days of receiving the delivery, please call the Electronics Online customer help line on 1300 704 567 and advise a member of our team that you wish to return the product and give the reason for return. We will then organise for the goods to be collected by our courier. The goods are usually collected within 3 days. You as the customer have a duty of care for the product whilst it is in your possession.

If products are damaged by you and subsequently returned, a charge will be made to repair the product to its original condition. Please be aware that where repair is not economically viable no refund will be made.

Payment Page

You can pay with any Visa, Mastercard or American Express card. You may pay via cash on delivery,or bank guaranteed cheque or PayPal or direct transfer into our bank account. Your payment card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure. Authority for payment is given at the time of order. You will be charged for items at point of order. Our liability to you in respect of an order shall be limited to the value of that order, and we shall not be liable to you for any economic loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, wasted expenditure or depletion of goodwill, as a result of our negligence,which arise out of or in connection with an order.
