Refund/Returns Policy

If goods are faulty, following confirmation by the manufacturer, you may return them free of charge by calling 1300 704 567. If you do decide to return the goods to us for any other reason a charge will apply for collection. Refunds will be made by the same method used for the purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item within 2 working days of receiving the delivery, please call the Electronics Online customer help line on 1300 704 567 and advise a member of our team that you wish to return the product and give the reason for return. We will then organise for the goods to be collected by our courier. The goods are usually collected within 3 days. You as the customer have a duty of care for the product whilst it is in your possession.

If products are damaged by you and subsequently returned, a charge will be made to repair the product to its original condition. Please be aware that where repair is not economically viable no refund will be made.
